This page is here to give you some very informal ways to “thank me” for helping you with something.

I’m really not a good businessman. (In my ideal world, I would just run around helping people and building stuff and fixing stuff and never have to talk about money. Yet somehow at the end of the month I would magically have enough to pay my bills and take care of my family.)

Anyhow, apparently, I helped you with something, and I sent you here because the work was a one-off, or a name-your-own-price job, or just for whatever reason this seemed more appropriate than quoting you a price and sending you an invoice.
